I've taken 1:1 class initially just to see what 🥒 was all about. Karl broke it down to baby steps and has helped me progress. My coaching style is energetic, encouraging, and rooted in creating a positive learning environment where everyone feels welcome. I’m also a cyclist and really just enjoy being outdoors. My work experience includes nutrition coaching which I plan to incorporate with each lesson. I value the importance of safety first - I have a certification in adult and child CPR/First Aid.
