Since pickleball involves tennis-like movement, the only thing that is really important is tennis shoes as they prevent you from twisting an ankle. If you don’t have tennis shoes, bring another athletic ones and I will adjust the training. No worries. I can also bring you a paddle.

Grip & Ready Position Teach the "shake hands" grip. Practice the ready position with fun cues 4. Paddle Skills Station Bounce & Catch: Bounce ball on paddle and catch.
