I’m Jake Govett, entering my 4th year as a professional lacrosse player with the San Diego Seals. Before turning pro, I competed at the Division I level at the University of Delaware, where I learned firsthand the preparation, discipline, and mindset it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game.
