Talk to the player and learn where they’re at both athletically and on the lacrosse field. My plan will depend on their goals as an athlete and player. I can help experienced players develop speed and become faster through all phases of the game. I can help a great athlete develop elite stick skills and dodging. I can help a defender cause more turnovers and become a threat with the ball. I can help refine a players skills and technique at any position.
