About your lacrosse coach
I’m Jake Govett, entering my 4th year as a professional lacrosse player with the San Diego Seals. Before turning pro, I competed at the Division I level at the University of Delaware, where I learned firsthand the preparation, discipline, and mindset it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game. For the past 7 years, I’ve been coaching dedicated athletes at the youth and high school levels in field and box lacrosse, helping them elevate their skills, lacrosse IQ, and overall performance. My training is designed to give players a competitive edge—focusing on the same techniques, strategies, and habits I use as a pro to perform under pressure. If your goal is to dominate your matchups, get recruited, or prepare for the demands of the high school or college game, I can show you the path. You’ll leave every session sharper, stronger, and more confident—but also with a smile, because the best training keeps the game fun.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.
And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
