Private Golf Lessons & Coaches in Lincolnwood, IL

With almost 30 years of competitive golf experience and more than 5 years teaching the game of golf, I combine deep technical expertise with a hands on approach to help the student achieve the proper techniques used in the golf swing.  I use an everyday, practical teaching method to help my students understand the golf swing by using familiar daily movements.  Whether it’s tossing a cup of water over your shoulder or holding a tray like a waiter, these comparisons make complex motions easier to grasp.  I am currently a PGA Affiliate and plan to be be fully a certified member of the Professional Golf Association of America (PGA) by 2026.  I have a love and a passion for helping my students reach their full potential and am excited about introducing and expanding the game of golf to others.

"I booked this lesson for my husband who was a little rusty. He came home and said it was a great refresher and learned a lot of good pointers to take out to the course! Thanks, Errol!

"Thomas was amazing! We hosted a corporate event where he came out to our hotel and coached two group lessons. He was so patient and helpful with the beginner class and was stellar with the advance crew. Can’t wait to host another local corporate event to bring him back out too.

"As a low-single digit handicap, I was skeptical a lesson would move the needle - but Josh caught a subtle timing issue in my downswing and we quickly worked to get back on track

Hey there! I’m a passionate golfer with 20+ years of experience, and I’m currently a 3 handicap. It’s crazy to think I’ve been at it this long, but I genuinely love the game and want to share what I’ve learned along the way. My goal is to help you improve your swing, shave strokes off your score, and most importantly—make your time on the course more fun and rewarding! I played competitive golf back in high school and have mostly been playing recreationally lately, but I’m working toward becoming a PGA professional someday. So far, I’ve mainly helped friends fine-tune their games, but I’m ready to branch out and work with other golfers too. Whether you’re fighting a wicked slice, struggling to escape the sand in one shot, or just looking to fine-tune your fundamentals, I’d love to help you out. Let’s hit the range, work on your game, and start lowering those scores together!

"Ryan has helped me tremendously. His ability to diagnose my swing problems has been extremely helpful. Clear, repeatable drills and great follow up make it an enjoyable learning experience. Highly recommend

With over 25 years of dedicated golfing experience, I've developed a profound passion for the sport. I relish the challenges that golf presents and am particularly fond of utilizing indoor simulators in urban settings. Most importantly, I derive immense joy from imparting my knowledge and love for the game to others.

"I had a lesson with Quinn and, well, he’s definitely good at giving feedback but didn’t quite match my needs since he primarily works with beginners. Still, I appreciated the precise insights he offered on technique, though I feel I’d benefit from someone whose approach aligns more with my level and goals. Definitely worth a try if you're starting out or need straightforward guidance.

9 handicap. Lifelong golfer. I'll teach you to love the game of golf and have a good time playing! Which is what it’s all about.

"My lesson with Mark was quite helpful, especially learning what I needed to make contact with the ball. Though, I still think there's room for improvement, but overall it was a solid experience and I guess I’ll keep working on what he showed me.

"Stu made himself available to give me one quick lesson that shaved off multiple strokes from my game. Reminding myself of his tips not only helped me at the range but carried its way to the course. He improved my stance and my swing and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an instructor who will meet you at your skill level. Kelly H
