Thomas Rodriguez is a PGA Certified Associate and has been in the golf industry for over nine years. During his career, he has taught over 5,000 lessons to a wide variety of students and skill levels, from juniors to seniors and everyone in between. From his mentors at green grass facilities to indoor instruction establishments, numerous certifications including Level 1 Swing Catalyst and ADM, along with learning from the best instructors in the country, he has built an immense knowledge of the golf swing that has helped his students thrive in doing what they love. Besides instruction, Thomas also works as the Head Mens and Womens golf coach for Trinity Christian College, having worked in both sectors this helps him create a dynamic look on the progress of students. “My philosophy is to work with the golfer and their goals. There is no ‘one’ swing that fits everyone. Every person is different, with specific restrictions and specific goals. My goal is to help you reach them whatever they may be.”

Stop! No need to look any further, this is the golf instruction that will provide you with the most notable results, and great value. I have attended various golf schools, instructors, etc.. and this has been, by far, the best!
The difference is that people like Thomas, recognize that it's not one size fits all. We all have different body types, ages, etc.. and they train you accepting that. As long as you do your part (practice what they teach), you will improve your game!
I cannot recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed!!

Thomas is absolutely fantastic! I have experience with various instructors, and Thomas has been one of the best. He is great at finding ways/cues to make the adjustments really stick. Great technology as well to help make the most of the lesson and it's super helpful to be able to see what I'm doing and work on connecting to the feel. Great business, super kind and helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Thomas and Golf Done Right to anybody interested in improving their golf game - from beginner to more advanced he will tailor his instruction to meet your needs.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOur first lesson is a swing consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know you as a golfer, discuss your goals, go through an analysis of your swing and a lesson, and set forth a game plan for you moving forward to help you accomplish said goals. Generally, the first lesson is mainly address positions. Can’t make a proper swing if you’re set up is incorrect! 
Lesson 11+Generally, depending on progression throughout the Bag. This is when we start to work on short game. We do all of our short game lessons outdoors on real grass. We will work on our putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play, as well as on course lessons that are no added cost for you and is included in the package price.

Lesson 4-10Generally, at this point, we start working into the longer irons, hybrids, and our woods, which include driver. Generally, the longer the club the more difficult it is to hit, partially because of the added length and also because of the lower loft of the golf club. Gives you less of a margin for error.
Lesson 2-3Generally, as we progress forward with lessons, we always start with our high to mid irons first and then we work to our lower irons. Depending on other variables, will affect our progression throughout the bag. 
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonOur first lesson is a swing consultation. Generally, the first lesson is mainly address positions. Majority of people would be surprised how the biggest fixes with advanced players are in how they are setting up to the golf ball.
Lesson 11+At this point, we can start to have a little fun, we can work on building distance, shaping shots, adjusting trajectories, adding short game shots to the arsenal, as well as anything else that you would like to add to your game.
Lesson 4-10Depending on how we progress with eliminating their biggest mess, we generally start to move into skill development. Refining the skills that we already have and making them better.
Lesson 2-3Depending on their goals and preferred ball flight, we will work on whatever their biggest miss is when playing. The miss that can sometimes make or break a good round.
Youth players
Working with kidsI am ADM certified, Which stands for American development model. What this means is that it gives me a guideline on how to approach lessons with different age groups dependent on their age. Now there are always exceptions to this, but it’s good to have a guideline on how much information and how that information is given to the student, depending on how their brain interprets information at that given age. For example, you would most likely would not try to talk to a 15-year-old the same way you would talk to a five-year-old. 
Working with teenagersDepending on the age, the ADM model could still apply. But as they get older, it’s very dependent on how passionate they are about the game. We will start to be a little more focused on specific aspects of the swing that wouldn’t be portrayed the same way to younger ages. 
What you need to bringBring your whole bag, golf glove, golf shoes, and anything else you may use when you go to the range or to practice
What I can bringClub and ball numbers including path, face, launch, ball and club speed, etc. As well as video during the lesson and access for you to view said videos to help improve practice. Our video software also allows you to send me videos, if at any point you need assistance with practice I always suggest sending a video my way so I can help!
