Golf should feel enjoyable, rewarding, and easier to understand. With over 25 years of California mini tour competition and coaching experience, I help golfers build confidence by simplifying the game and developing strong, repeatable fundamentals. Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or looking to take your game to the next level, every lesson is tailored to your goals. I focus on the key changes that improve ball striking, short game performance, and swing mechanics while building greater consistency. I bring my passion for golf to every lesson and love helping students develop their own passion for the game. My goal is for every student to leave with more confidence, a clear plan, skills they can remember and take onto the course, and a greater enjoyment of the game.
"Lesson was great and very helpful in improving my son’s golf swing and form.
Save ~$10-15 per lesson with me by not having to purchase golf balls at the range! Hi there, I'm Blaise! A seasoned golfer carrying a scratch handicap, and a tech entrepreneur by profession. My lifelong affair with the game has not only allowed me to master the nuances of golf but also share my knowledge with budding golfers. Over the years, I've honed my teaching skills having given well over 5,000 detailed lessons. My approach to teaching golf revolves around nailing the basics first, and then progressively moving onto the more intricate details of the game that fit your natural swing. As a former multi-sport athlete, I like to find a students natural athleticism and teach a swing that revolves around what works best for the student. Golf is hard to learn on your own. Many aspects of the game are counterintuitive and often times up means down, right means left...etc. I'll help you skip years of frustration trying to learn these concepts, and get you hitting the ball better than you thought possible. So, let's get started on this exciting journey, gradually improving your game from the fundamentals to the finer strokes, while having a blast. I teach out of a private golf simulator in Redwood City. If you're not familiar with a simulator, it's high end technology that captures every metric of both the ball and club. In my opinion, the golf simulator is the best way to work on your golf swing because you get so much more data than just hitting balls at the range. The simulator also includes a high speed camera that shows the club hitting the ball frame by frame. But mostly, it's just really cool and a lot of fun!
"Awesome with my teen boys. Highly recommend Blaise. He knows how to teach to the person’s specific needs. Really helpful!!!
Golf is supposed to be fun — I help beginners make it that way, faster. No jargon, no overwhelming swing theory. Just practical fixes that give you confidence on the range and on the course from lesson one.
"Great coach is very thoughtful patient with me being a beginner, making good progress after a few lessons! Exciting!

"Trevor was fantastic with my daughter in her first lesson.
I’ve been golfing for over 30 years and as I grew older I’ve learned to maximize what I have. I’m 5’6” and though I consider myself an athlete, I do believe a good swing can be achieved by good fundamentals and what I call positioning. By ingraining certain aspects of a swing, we can continue to improve by doing. I’m just a low-handicap golfer who want to teach average golfers good fundamentals as a takeaway, so you can start to improve on your own. I’m not a teaching professional, but I was a design instructor at an art school for over 17 years, I hope I can make improving your golf game fun.
"He is really good with our daughter to keep the instruction fun.

My proudest golf achievement has been shooting a 71 at Poppy Hills. My favorite golf course is Torrey Pines.
