I have been playing golf for 20 years and have been teaching for 5 years. I Enjoy getting people to learn new skills, especially if it is a skill they are struggling with. My proudest golf achievement has been shooting a 71 at Poppy Hills. My favorite golf course is Torrey Pines. When I am not teaching or playing golf, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and playing the drums.

Honestly, I think the lesson with Eric was quite helpful, especially since the coach's professionalism made it easy for the kids to stay engaged. They are pretty happy, which says a lot. Still, I’m looking forward to seeing how much I can improve next time around and maybe work on a few specific aspects. If you're interested in a focused, down-to-earth approach, it seems worth giving Eric a try.

Had my first lesson with Eric! Eric is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my first lesson. I have just picked up golf so no real bad habits since I have not golf yet just at the driving ranges. Eric was patient and really spent time with my grip, swing and the fundamentals of golf. Can’t wait for the se one lessons!

Lesson 11+This is a combination of four phases of golf, each require different skill sets. Putting short game irons and approaches and last driver.
Lesson 4-10Depending on what the outcome is, we start to use longer clubs
Lesson 2-3Depending on what the outcome is we work more on drills

Working with kidsThis requires a great deal of attention and repetitive motions at the same time making it happy place.
Working with teenagersThis all depends on the type of teenager and how much they really like
What you need to bringPlease bring a glove if your right handed you’re gonna want left-handed left-handed glove. Don’t forget your clubs…… Bring water if hot and get a bucket of balls and find a stall.
