I earned my spot on varsity as a sophomore and finished my senior year with 880 receiving yards, 57 receptions, 10 touchdowns, 200 special‑teams yards, and 73 tackles. I built my game on sharp routes, strong hands, and a relentless work ethic. Now, I channel that same mindset into coaching. In my 1‑on‑1 sessions, I focus on mastering route running, footwork, catching technique, and situational football IQ. My style is precise and patient—I break down each skill so athletes become truly fluent in what they’re learning—while also bringing the motivational fire that pushes you to reach the next level of skill and confidence. His coaching career includes 25 years of high school varsity and JV football, as well as five years in Pop Warner. Currently, Russ brings his leadership and passion for the game to coaching high school boys flag football, where he continues to mentor and inspire student-athletes.
