Coach Noah Gardere – 1‑on‑1 Wide Receiver Training Precision. Confidence. Game‑Ready Results. I’m Coach Noah Gardere, a former two‑way varsity starter from Santa Teresa High School. I earned my spot on varsity as a sophomore and finished my senior year with 880 receiving yards, 57 receptions, 10 touchdowns, 200 special‑teams yards, and 73 tackles. I built my game on sharp routes, strong hands, and a relentless work ethic. Now, I channel that same mindset into coaching. In my 1‑on‑1 sessions, I focus on mastering route running, footwork, catching technique, and situational football IQ. My style is precise and patient—I break down each skill so athletes become truly fluent in what they’re learning—while also bringing the motivational fire that pushes you to reach the next level of skill and confidence. My mission is simple: to give receivers the opportunities they deserve, sharpen their talent, strengthen their mindset, and bring out the absolute best version of themselves—on and off the field.

With 9 years of experience playing high level football and 3 years coaching it, I blend strategic insight with a supportive approach, developing both skill and sportsmanship. I’m looking to evolve the new generations game with skill and intelligence.

Former All-city athlete in AAA and WCAL, currently a personal trainer with focus on youth athletes and adults. Two years interning as an assistant coach for high school varsity football. Experience working with kids and Teens and overall great knowledge and communication skills. In 4-6 parents can expect there players to be faster, quicker and have more football knowledge than then players there age.

Russ is an experienced coach with over 25 years of leading athletes at the high school and youth levels. As a player, he spent two years competing in college after three standout years on his high school varsity team, where he helped capture a state championship and two league titles. His coaching career includes 25 years of high school varsity and JV football, as well as five years in Pop Warner. Currently, Russ brings his leadership and passion for the game to coaching high school boys flag football, where he continues to mentor and inspire student-athletes.

Hey, I’m Coach Dex — a former college offensive lineman and current varsity football coach who’s passionate about helping athletes reach their potential. I specialize in working with offensive and defensive linemen, focusing on footwork, technique, strength, and football IQ. Whether you’re a youth player just learning the game or a high school athlete trying to level up, I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a plan that fits your goals. I earned a full scholarship to play at the University of Sioux Falls after grinding through junior college at Laney College (as seen on Last Chance U), so I know firsthand how far hard work can take you. I currently coach at Heritage High School and am also working toward my PE teaching credential because coaching and teaching are what I love. Sessions with me are upbeat, detailed, and built around confidence and repetition. If you’re ready to put in work, I’m ready to help you move people against their will.
