Hey, I’m Coach Dex — a former college offensive lineman and current varsity football coach who’s passionate about helping athletes reach their potential. I specialize in working with offensive and defensive linemen, focusing on footwork, technique, strength, and football IQ. Whether you’re a youth player just learning the game or a high school athlete trying to level up, I’ll meet you where you’re at and build a plan that fits your goals. I earned a full scholarship to play at the University of Sioux Falls after grinding through junior college at Laney College (as seen on Last Chance U), so I know firsthand how far hard work can take you. I currently coach at Heritage High School and am also working toward my PE teaching credential because coaching and teaching are what I love.
