Xavier McDaniel Jr., son of the Seattle SuperSonics legend, has transitioned from his basketball career to focus on skill and strength training. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Xavier first gained recognition as a high school champion at Hammond School, playing alongside the renowned Seventh Woods. He continued to excel in college basketball, spending two years at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley under the esteemed coach Lew Hill, where he developed his skills for a professional career. Unfortunately, Xavier’s journey in professional basketball was impacted by a series of injuries, limiting him to two and a half full seasons across international leagues and the American TBL. Now, shifting his focus, he is completing his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Eastern Washington University, through Bellevue College. His mission is to combine his passion for sports and psychology to help individuals heal from trauma, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a coach, Xavier uses basketball as a tool not just for athletic development, but to guide others toward personal growth, whether that leads to a career in professional sports or simply a more balanced life off the court.

I coach 6th/7th grade basketball and also run summer camps for select programs. I help personally train students from 3rd-12th grade. Former D 1 recruiter, high school coach with 2 league titles and current WOA basketball official with over 1,500 varsity boys girls games officiated in King County/Metro including playoffs and post season. All sessions are geared to improve your skill set to ensure more fun playing. All drills will be multi-faceted, footwork focus and applicable to any style of play. Expect a lot of shots and shotmaking. I generally work with those competing for a high school varsity, JV or elite AAU spot.
I’m Malcolm Albert, a Division III basketball player at Connecticut College and a lifelong student of the game. Growing up in Seattle, I developed my skills competing with Seattle Select AAU before completing a postgraduate season at Kimball Union Academy, where I had the opportunity to compete against high-level talent and continue growing as both a player and a leader. As a 6’4” shooting guard, my game is built around shooting, basketball IQ, and making winning plays. I pride myself on being a reliable catch-and-shoot player, creating scoring opportunities with smart movement, and constantly working to improve every part of my game.
