My name is Zach Callender, I'm a NFHS Level 3 and USA Basketball Gold Certified Coach. Coaching basketball is something I am grateful to do. The game of basketball and sharing my knowledge with younger generations is what motivates me each day. I am dedicated to building strong, confident, and skilled basketball players who excel both on and off the court. My coaching style looks like this- I start with an in-depth assessment to gauge each player’s current skills and to identify specific goals. I then develop a customized training plan tailored to these insights, focused on enhancing performance, boosting confidence, and addressing any areas of needed improvement. My program goes beyond physical training, incorporating mental and strategic aspects of the game to develop well-rounded athletes. It fosters a supportive and motivating environment, encouraging players to push their limits and achieve their personal best. I believe in measurable progress. My self developed Accountability and Progress Tracking service uses detailed metrics to track each player’s development. By setting tangible goals and regularly assessing performance, I ensure that players stay motivated and see the results of their hard work.
"Coach Zachary showed a lot of experience, he engaged with my son in a friendly way and made him focused and interested!!
With over three decades dedicated to the court, I cultivate players' skills and ignite their passion for basketball. My approach blends strategic instruction with a supportive environment, fostering both individual growth and team success. I'm committed to helping each player reach their full potential, on and off the court.
"Great experience! Even with the rain, he showed up ready to work and made the session meaningful. He taught my son skills he didn’t know, encouraged him throughout the process, and challenged him to bring out his best. We really appreciated his dedication and coaching style, and we look forward to working with him again.
With two decades on the court, I offer expert basketball coaching rooted in skill development and strategic thinking. My passion lies in helping players of all levels elevate their game and achieve their full potential. Let's work together!
"Our son Radj was a complete beginner when he started training with Coach Josh. Most of his basketball experience came from playing in the driveway, and he had never received formal instruction before. In just a couple of months, Coach Josh helped Radj learn the fundamentals of the game and, more importantly, gave him the confidence to use those skills in real play. The progress was remarkable. Radj became more comfortable handling the ball, understanding the game, and trusting himself on the court. Coach Josh has a great way of teaching beginners, making learning fun while building confidence every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact he had on our son's development and love for basketball.
Scoring Specialist | Turning Players Into Scoring Machines I specialize in developing confident scorers and elite offensive players. My training focuses on ball handling, footwork, shot creation, finishing, and scoring at all three levels so athletes can become real offensive threats during games. Every workout is designed at game speed with drills that simulate real defensive pressure. Players learn how to create space, attack defenders, make smart decisions, and score with confidence. With 25+ years around the game, I focus on building strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, discipline, and a scorer’s mentality. My goal is simple: every athlete leaves each session better than they arrived. I work with beginner, intermediate, and advanced players, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to stand out on the court. Players who train here improve: • Ball handling and control • Shot creation and scoring moves • Footwork and balance • Basketball IQ and decision making • Confidence under pressure If you’re serious about improving your game and becoming a consistent scoring threat, let’s get to work. Serious players only.
"I understand the coach didn’t know he would be meeting a big boy with special needs, but he was able to work with him. At first, he almost got tired, but after a few minutes he understood him better and was able to work with him effectively.
Coaching is more than a job—it's part of my life's purpose. I’m a loyal and motivational basketball coach who finds deep joy in pouring confidence, strength, and grace into young athletes. I specialize in working with individuals and small groups (1–5 players), focusing on leadership development, strategic game management, and fundamental skills. As a collegiate scholarship athlete and captain, professional overseas player, WNBA camp participant, and varsity high school championship coach, I bring both high-level experience and heartfelt passion to every session. I’ve also coached at the University of Texas A&M–Commerce as an assistant coach, and I’m honored to be one of my high school’s all-time leading scorers and a Hall of Fame inductee. Through basketball, I plant seeds of good character, helping young athletes grow in confidence and purpose—so they can become powerful and grounded in whatever path they pursue. My goal is to help them thrive—not just in the game, but in life. When I’m not on the court, you’ll find me writing, spending time with my wonderful family—my husband Israel, our son Josiah, daughter Naomi, and our two playful pups, Cooper and Chloe! Let’s train hard, have fun, and build something meaningful—together.
"She has a great personality and cares a lot about how her players are performing and wants to help them have better endurance. My game has improved so much to the point that I was able to play competitive AAU because of how good of a coach she is.
I have a strong passion for teaching the fundamentals of basketball, and then building from there. I am a detail-oriented and patient teacher that builds basketball iQ. I specialize in developing point guards and combo guards through complex ball handling, passing, shooting, and play-making. I also take pride in developing mid-range jump shooting.
