Lesson 4-10Still covering the basics building a strong foundation and defense will be the focus of these next few practices on ball defense, team defense and scrimmaging.
Lesson 2-3Still covering the basics, building a strong foundation. Following up with pump fakes, jab steps and pick and rolls to gain familiarity with the other players and learning the IQ part of the game.
