Started playing basketball at the age of 4. Grew up watching both of my parents play professionally. Grew up to play in high school and earn a scholarship, play college and got to play professionally as well for 5 years. I am now coaching at The Academy of Central Florida and I want to help more people how to play the game that I love! I am in the Lake Nona Area.

🏀 Coach Randy Rickards | Professional Basketball Player I’m passionate about helping young athletes improve their basketball skills, build confidence, and develop discipline. My training sessions focus on fundamentals, shooting, ball handling, defense, and basketball IQ in a fun, positive environment. My goal is to help every player grow on and off the court. Let’s get better together!
Discipline built my game. Consistency separates me, and I live by the mindset that piss poor planning promotes piss poor performance. I motivate through work ethic, accountability, and preparation.. no shortcuts, no excuses. Every rep, every play, every day is about growth, focus, and proving that hard work always shows.
