My name is Coach Richardson, I’m a 13 year Collegiate Coaching veteran having coached on many different levels from Junior College up to Division 1 on the men’s and women’s side. I am also a former college athlete. I have tons of experience with personal training for all ages and levels.I want to lead by example in showing players that they must remain positive, work hard and stay focused.
