Your first lesson>Fundamental Work (Ball Handling/Passing/Shooting)

Lesson 11+>More advanced skill work with Ball Handling/Shooting/Ball Screen Actions/Defensive footwork.
Lesson 4-10>Repetition of Pryor workouts while adding in Skills with concepts of basketball so what we are working on starts to translate into actual games.
