Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionIntro/get to know what you want to work on. Start with good stances and form for each movement. Dribbling and agility exercises, Shooting form, etc. Work on ball control.
Training Session 2-3Review of previous lesson. Work on layups and more shooting. If struggling with ball handling we will do lots of drills that require precision and control.
Training Session 4-10More advanced finishes at the basket and incorporating both sides so that they are fully capable with both hands.
Training Session 11+Focus on non-dominant hand and more advanced finishes with off hand. Increase dribbling capabilities and control with both hands.

Training Session 2-3Focus on what they want to work on and increase capabilities with non dominant hand.
Training Session 4-10Focus on their skill with non dominant hand to ensure dexterity and control with both sides
