Beginner training plan
Your first trainingIntro/get to know what you want to work on. Start with good stances and form for each movement. Dribbling and agility exercises, Shooting form, etc. Work on ball control.
Training 2-3Review of previous lesson. Work on layups and more shooting. If struggling with ball handling we will do lots of drills that require precision and control.
Training 4-10More advanced finishes at the basket and incorporating both sides so that they are fully capable with both hands.
Training 11+Focus on non-dominant hand and more advanced finishes with off hand. Increase dribbling capabilities and control with both hands.

Training 2-3Focus on what they want to work on and increase capabilities with non dominant hand.
Training 4-10Focus on their skill with non dominant hand to ensure dexterity and control with both sides
