I enjoy and love the game. I have been around basketball for 30 years plus it is a hobby of mine. I have played with all races, ages, sizes, etc... From those experiences I have gained a vast amount of information. I am able to adapt and teach all positions at a high level. My position is PG we have to learn teammates, coaches, plays, and lead by making plays for our team. I am able to see where a person can be coached for improvement all while supporting their strengths.

For younger or less experienced players, I focus on building fundamentals, confidence, and enjoyment through fun, engaging drills. For older or more advanced youth, I increase intensity and complexity, introducing game-like scenarios, skill challenges, and performance tracking. I adjust drills, pacing, and coaching cues to keep each player motivated, challenged, and progressing safely. My goal is to ensure every child feels supported, improves their skills, and develops a love for the game while building discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
