Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is a getting to know you session! We will discuss areas that you would like to grow in and start with fundamentals. The first lesson will include shooting technique , ball-handling, defensive principles, and a fun Free-throw competition.
Lesson 11+Shooting from various spots on the court, ball handling stationary and on the move, speed/agility, and defense.
Lesson 4-10The drills will progress and include some defense as well as footwork/agility.
Lesson 2-3A beginner can expect to learn the basics of shooting and how to handle a basketball. The principles of the game.
