"Coach Chris was awesome. My son has been playing for a couple of years and had not learned some of the fundamentals that the coach taught him. He listened closely to my son and tried to understand where he was in his development before recommending what to work on.

"Coach Nicholas was fantastic! This was my 3-year-old son’s very first private basketball lesson, and he had such a wonderful time. Coach Nicholas was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging, making my son feel comfortable and excited to learn. He knew exactly how to keep him engaged while making the lesson fun. We had a great first experience and are already looking forward to the next lesson. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and talented coach for young children!

"Great coach, patient, good for beginner 1on1's

My coaching style emphasizes the development of fundamental skills and strategic thinking to help in game situations. Let's work together to elevate your game.
"The lesson with Ali was quite engaging, especially since my son loved learning about the layup technique, which he’s been eager to master. Though we still hope to tackle mid-range shots next, I appreciate how Ali clearly explains fundamentals without rushing through. It’s quite helpful and, honestly, still leaves room for us to build further skills. Still, if you're looking for a coach who can balance instruction and patience, trying a lesson with Ali could be worth it.

"I started out pretty rough, but after every session, I could genuinely see myself getting better and more confident. Each workout helped me improve my skills, understanding of the game, and overall performance. The progress from where I started to where I am now has been crazy to see. Now I’m playing on a top club team in Southern California. I’m extremely grateful for all the work and development that got me here. Definitely recommend Landon to anyone serious about taking their game to the next level!

"Coach Eric was my son's first 8-10 yr old youth league basketball coach. My son is slightly autistic and was very shy and a beginner when he started, but Coach Eric was very tolerant and patient with him. Coach worked with my son for several years until his teenage years. I would definitely recommend Eric to any parent looking for a coach to work with their kids, especially if they are young and/or beginners.
On the court, I'm all about pushing boundaries and building confidence. With 32 years of experience, I've honed a coaching style that blends technical expertise with a passion for fostering a love for the game. Let's unlock your potential together – one basket at a time. I have been playing basketball since the age of 10. My brother was on the high school team and I have trained with him growing up almost everyday. I played on my college intramural team and have taken lessons from professionals that played in college. I regularly play in basketball leagues that even have players over 6’8” tall. I am well versed in young children as I have taught young students English from three years up. (I have my own kids these ages) I am bilingual Mandarin and can explain concepts well in both languages. I am patient, kind, and enjoy seeing others achieve their goals. I look forward to teaching any students be well rounded individuals not just in sports, but in life.

"He was patient with my son and my son is excited for his next lesson
My approach to coaching is centered around feeling athletes build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and improve their understanding of the game! I have worked with beginners, players getting ready for the NBA, and everyone in between. I want to create an emphasis on developing skills that will translate to real games. My goal isn’t only to make my athletes better, but also comfortable enough to make mistakes, learn from them, and push themselves to improve.
