Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionOur first meeting will basically be us going through your skill level and taking our proper assessments from there.
Training Session 2-3Your second and third lessons will be keyed on shooting and dribbling as far as shooting form and dribbling moves.
Training Session 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 will be all about making sure the fundamentals of the sport are at the level of muscle memory.
Training Session 11+At this point you should be well skilled in every aspect of the sport. So the challenge here would be understanding to maintain consistency and a focused work ethic. You will continue to build and become better.
