Todays era of youth baseball focuses on games and game situations, not the technical aspects and mechanics of how the game should be played. If you do not produce immediately, or show that you may not know what to do in a certain situation you could be subjected to ridicule and potentially a lack of playing time. I think that is wrong. Every single situation is a chance to learn through constant communication and practice, but since your kids game to practice schedule is 7-10:1 until they reach high school there is no time to learn the game unless you come to someone like me.
