Hello my name is Allen and I am a local Milwaukee tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 11 years of teaching experience! After I retired as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2009, I turned my attention to another life-long passion, tennis! Since then, I have earned three gold as well as five silver medals in tennis while participating in the Senior Olympics. I have also been a boys and girls tennis coach at Brookfield Central High School since 2013 and served as the head tennis coach for Mount Mary University located in Milwaukee (NCAA Division 3) in 2016. I am currently employed as a tennis instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tennis is great fun! It’s a lifetime sport that brings many rich benefits. Learning to play tennis well brings a sense of fulfillment and self-confidence. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I work with all ages and skill levels, focusing on building a foundation that lasts a lifetime. I have published two golf books, 100/10/100 and 90/9/90. The books give you simple strategies to break 100 and break 90.

Around 5 years ago I was a freshman playing on my high school's JV2 team. Fast forward 2 years and I was starting virtually every game on Varsity. And I didn't just "get good". I spent countless hours training, figuring out what worked. Now, I'm bringing that experience in my coaching. For the past 2 years I've worked with 5-year-olds who were complete beginners up to more experienced players at the middle and high school level, helping them achieve their goals while having fun. :)
