I am a certified TESOL instructor and a recent graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelors degree in English as a Second Language. I have worked with adult refugees and immigrants developing advanced workplace English skills, worked with exchange students from across Asia to prepare them for college classes, and developed instructional materials for English Language Learners of all ages from children to seniors. My teaching style has been described as warm and fun. I am a strong believer in using visuals to inform meaning and deepen understanding, regardless of age group.
