I have coached from 8U to high school at competitive travel levels. I did have my USA hockey level 3 but that has expired. I have played hockey all my life at high levels and continue to play adult hockey locally in Seattle . I can work with new skaters to more advanced.

Former D 1 recruiter, high school coach with 2 league titles and current WOA basketball official with over 1,500 varsity boys girls games officiated in King County/Metro including playoffs and post season. All sessions are geared to improve your skill set to ensure more fun playing. All drills will be multi-faceted, footwork focus and applicable to any style of play. Expect a lot of shots and shotmaking. I generally work with those competing for a high school varsity, JV or elite AAU spot.

I’m playing tennis for 19 years. 8 years coaching experience. Sometimes still participate in tournaments by myself. I provide advanced tennis lessons, as well as explanation how to enjoy the game and stay healthy.

I’m a dance instructor with 29 years of experience, specializing in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Waltz, Foxtrot, Blues, Fusion, and wedding first-dance preparation. With a background as a massage therapist, I integrate principles of body mechanics and injury prevention to support longevity in dance. Beyond improving balance, reducing anxiety, and boosting brain function and memory, dancing is simply fun! As a 6’4” shooting guard, my game is built around shooting, basketball IQ, and making winning plays. I pride myself on being a reliable catch-and-shoot player, creating scoring opportunities with smart movement, and constantly working to improve every part of my game.
