Hello I’m Kadeem Johnson also as Shredded Cheeze, a former NCAA National Champion athlete and performance coach dedicated to helping people become stronger, leaner, and more athletic. I coach complete beginners, busy professionals, and former athletes looking to get back into elite shape. My mission is simple: help you earn every rep and become the strongest version of yourself.

"Training with Cheeze was some of the most intense yet rewarding training I’ve been through, and I’m former military! King provides balanced routines and paid mad attention to detail when it came to correcting form and other bad habits! Routines are so motivating he had cats working in with us all the time! I was just finished with rehabilitating my left hand from an injury, and Cheeze showed me alternative ways to relieve the pressure near the injury but still execute effectively! Here are a few pics one before and the rest after! Mad Respect Cheeze! Appreciate the results! 💪🏾💪🏾✊🏾✊🏾
