Lesson 11+Encouraging students to play a full game with friends and family. Applying all that you have learned while putting it all together during pickleball play.
Lesson 4-10More Serving, More Vollying. Introduction to dinking, introduction to drop shots, and introduction to lobbing the ball. Discussing basic strategy, positioning, and control while in game play.
Lesson 2-3How to properly serve the pickleball. Volleying the ball with proper swing technique.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonUnderstanding a solid strategy against other advance players. Learning when to hit certain shots to your advantage. We will do serving, dinking, lobbing the ball, and drop shots at first to get a quick assessment on how advanced you are. I need to make sure you are able to do those type of shots to determine what we need to work on in the next lessons to follow.
Lesson 11+Explaining how a good defensive volleying with patience can beccome an effective offensive game at the same time. Recognizing your opponent's weaknesses (i.e not a strong backhand, or unable to return spin shots etc.) and exploiting their weaknesses to your benefit. Leaning how to hit shots with different spins and return shots with different type of spins.
