I've been deeply involved in the Pittsburgh golf community, having been a member of several prestigious country clubs and achieving multiple awards and tournament victories. As a three-time club champion at different clubs and a former coach at Oakland Catholic High School, I've had the privilege of teaching and mentoring golfers over the years. For the past five years, I've offered personalized lessons at Cool Springs, Practice Tee, and Vietmeier's Golf Centre, utilizing these sites to enhance players' skills and enjoyment of the game.

I have known Marty for over 30 years. Each and every time I play golf with him he is very helpful and patient. He doesn’t embarrass or push his opinions on you unless you ask ,which I noticed everyone values his opinion. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He allows you a comfort level where you can understand exactly how to improve your game and enjoy golf as it was designed.

I can’t recommend Marty enough! My skills have really improved over the years and my scores reflect it. Not only does Marty teach you how to improve your swing and the rules of golf but he also makes it fun! You can tell he really enjoys the game and wants you not succeed!

Martin is a great instructor for someone my age (76). He understands my limitations and works with what I have. I never used my lower in my swing, Martin has made great progress in developing this aspect of my game.

Your first lessonI understand what you want to accomplish. I like to walk before we run. Enjoying every step toward being a golfer that enjoys the game. There are so many aspects of the golf swing I take a lot of time with fundamentals. I feel if you have proper fundamentals the rest of the swing will be easier to understand.

Lesson 4-10Hopefully we are at a point of trying to achieve consistency. Also introduce some rules and etiquette of the game
