Hi! My name is Trace and I'm a collegiate athlete at Lourdes University. I have a lots of experience playing volleyball at a highly competitive level. I have four years of coaching experience and I am a junior in the exercise science program at Lourdes, specifically focusing on strength and conditioning. I love coaching players who like to work hard to get better and those who truly love the game. I can and will coach any level of player and I can also tailor a custom program to specifically master any skill you want. Volleyball is my passion and I love seeing other people succeed and enjoy it too. I will work with whatever you want me to to help you grow your game to the best of your abilities.

I have been playing volleyball for the past eight years. Although I started later than most athletes, I developed rapidly and was selected to represent Israel on the Youth National Team early in my career. In 2021, I won the Israeli Youth League Championship, and in 2022, I helped lead my club to the final match of the Israeli Men’s Volleyball Cup for the first time in the club’s history. Currently, I am 22 years old, and a senior at the collegiate level and ranked number one in the nation (NAIA) averaging 5.0 kills per set. Throughout my college career, I have earned multiple individual honors, including First Team All-Conference recognition last season (WHAC), as well as Second Team All-Conference and All-Freshman Team honors during my freshman year.
