About your softball coach

Hello my name is Ashley. I have been playing softball since t-ball and continued my career through travel ball before competing at the Division II collegiate level. Since finishing my playing career, I have dedicated my time to coaching and providing private lessons focused on both fielding and hitting. In addition to skill development, I incorporate mental training into my sessions- tailored to the athlete's age and experience- to help them work through performance blocks and build confidence

Your first lessonWe break the ice a little and get to know each other. It helps me develop lesson plan tailored to athletes learning style. I am also able to see what level they are at and create custom game plans for future lessons.
Lesson 4-10We work on mastering the skill that we work on, at the age appropriate level.
Lesson 2-3We start to really find out focus points that we want to build on to create the good foundation with the fundamentals.

Started with Ashley from rec ball and now going off to college to play ball. She helps me with issues Iā€™m having and helps me work through the mental part of the game. She also does really good helping you work through life things and helps you put it into prospective while working on the drills.
