Hi, I'm John Kelly, a Charlotte native & lifelong player/coach who grew up playing baseball in neighborhoods & sandlots - building natural "play reps" that carried into organized baseball. When kids have fun, they learn & play better. My baseball background: 1984 NC State Championship w/ Independence HS, multiple city/state All-Star titles, & 3-peat MSBL 45+ Fall Classic Championship (2017-2019). I offer high-energy, game-like training for players ages 8-14 focused on movement, fun, & max reps.

Norm started drumming in his early teens and study music performance and education in college. Shortly after he toured around the US in Canada for 3 1/2 years. At age 23 he played full-time at Disney’s pleasure Island in Orlando, where he resided for 29 years. This is also when he started private instruction. In March 2014 he became a member of the Vic Firth private instructor program. In October 2023, he relocated to Charlotte North Carolina. He is currently teaching and performing throughout

After 10 years of being in love with volleyball I’m ready to ignite your passion! I started my passion for volleyball in the 6th grade and from then on I have played, taught, and loved volleyball ever since! I specialize in defensive actions and fundamentals. Throughout high school and college I have had the opportunity to continue playing recreationally and leading in various ways. Such as coaching in youth camps and teaching program lessons while in a summer camp setting. I have a passion for leading youth and teaching volleyball and I want to bring those skills to you.

With a passion for pickleball, I cultivate players' skills, offering personalized strategies for success. I tailor instruction to each student. My goal is to instill confidence.

I have played softball for 10 years now and am currently playing in college. As a coach, I want to teach people how to love the sport through learning.

After captaining two separate college teams (NJCAA and NCAA DII), coach Cody spent a small stint playing in USL2 team Tobacco Road FC. He coached college soccer (NCAA DIII) where in his two seasons won a Conference Championship (USA South) before coaching in the NCAA tournament. Shortly after he spent time at Wake Futbol Club (Wake FC) as a Director of Coaching overseeing 40 teams per season. During that time he also coached 3 of his own teams each season.

As a lifelong bilingual professional, educator and mentor, I am passionate about helping others gain confidence in Spanish through practical, engaging, and culturally informed coaching. With over 18 years of experience in interpreting, language access, and community education, I have guided individuals from diverse backgrounds in developing effective communication skills. My coaching style focuses on real-world application, personalized learning, and empowering students.
