I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and youth sports coach. I'm a former semi-professional and collegiate athlete and 3x US Army combat veteran. I trained some of the best athletes in the world and youth and adults who just want to be well and live healthier and happier lives. I want you to love you and love how you feel and look. After captaining two separate college teams (NJCAA and NCAA DII), coach Cody spent a small stint playing in USL2 team Tobacco Road FC. He coached college soccer (NCAA DIII) where in his two seasons won a Conference Championship (USA South) before coaching in the NCAA tournament. Shortly after he spent time at Wake Futbol Club (Wake FC) as a Director of Coaching overseeing 40 teams per season. During that time he also coached 3 of his own teams each season.

Football has been my life for as long as I can remember. I started playing at five years old and continued through high school, earning First Team All-State honors, three All-Conference selections, a Shrine Bowl selection, and setting multiple school and state records along the way. Now, my goal is to help the next generation of athletes develop the skills, confidence, and work ethic needed to succeed on and off the field. I specialize in position-specific training for receivers, running backs, and overall football performance, focusing on speed, agility, route running, ball skills, footwork, and game-day preparation. As someone who has been around this game for a very long time, I understand what it takes to improve, earn opportunities, and separate yourself from the competition. Every session is designed to push athletes to become faster, more disciplined, and more confident players.
