Hi, my name is Jonathan Saraga and I'm a New York City-based trumpeter, flugelhornist, composer, arranger and educator. I’ve been performing, recording, and competing around the world for over two decades, frequenting Canada, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Asia, the U.S. My trumpet playing appears in over 230 YouTube videos and on more than 30 albums, including many that are Grammy-nominated or Grammy-winning. My playing, compositions and musical research have also received 35 competitive recognitions from 25 national and international organizations, and my work has engaged with audiences in more than 500 cities across nearly 70 countries and close to 100 universities. My ultimate goal as an educator is to guide you toward the realization of your potential. Our learning environment will nurture a personalized process of self-discovery through my guidance, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all system of dictation for how you should or should not develop and/or perceive material. I am a professional pitcher and former NCAA Division I student athlete at NYU and Fordham. I am a Northwoods League All-Star and Cape Cod League champion and built my career defined by competitiveness, durability, and performance. I continue to compete professionally, bringing a proven track record of success at every level and a relentless commitment to developing my craft on and off the field.

Coach Taz DeLaney played at every level of collegiate lacrosse, beginning at Limestone University, where he reached the NCAA Division II National Championship. After COVID, he transferred to Harford Community College, competing in two NJCAA National Championship games. He later won a CAA Championship and reached the D1 NCAA Tournament at Towson University before finishing at Stevenson University, helping the Mustangs earn an DIII NCAA Tournament berth.

I am a professional roundnet (Spikeball) player from Long Island, New York. I have been playing for over 10 years, I coach the Division I club roundnet team at Stony Brook University, and co-own Long Island's professional roundnet team the Long Island Lookouts. He holds an Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degree in Music Education and currently teaches K-5 music in New York City, where he directs, choir, drum, and violin.
