With 7 years of competitive football experience and a deep foundation in strength and conditioning, I serve as Head Coach for BYU–Idaho’s intramural tackle football program. My background includes certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, nutrition, and genetic analysis, which I integrate into athlete-centered development systems. As a coach, I focus on building resilient athletes through intentional programming, technical mastery, and character-driven leadership. My philosophy centers on mastering the small steps, a love for the game, and helping each player become the best version of themselves.

Lynn Grant Beck was a competitive junior tennis player and played Varsity squash in college. Since moving to Idaho she has transitioned her racquet skills to pickleball. She teaches private and small group lessons to students of all ages and ability. She lives in Ashton, Idaho and teaches in Rexburg, Rigby, Idaho Falls and Island Park.
