I discovered yoga at 12 years old, and it has become a lifelong practice for me. With a 200hr certification and over a year of teaching experience, my passion is to share the transformative power of yoga with others, aiming to positively impact their lives as it has mine.
"Victoria is such a fantastic yoga instructor! She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable in your post and will address any issues you may have. She tailors her teaching to each persons individual needs and really takes her time to explain each pose in depth. Victoria’s voice is so calming and reassuring too! Whether you are a novice or expert in yoga you would feel renewed and restored after taking a yoga class with Victoria! Highly recommend

"Harry was my trainer for nearly ten years in Miami Beach. I’ve had a number of excellent trainers before and since, but Harry remains the gold standard. Personal trainers are not just technicians but also have to make the whole training experience fun and something to look forward to. This is a tall order for someone like me who doesn’t like exercise that much! But Harry is a fun and interesting person, more so than my other trainers. We had all kinds of conversations, from stupid to intellectual (or at least intellectualized), which made the training sessions a fun social outing for me. He’s also a bit of a taskmaster at the same time, however, and didn’t let me slack off, so I left the sessions feeling good that I had accomplished something. Harry also has excellent technical knowledge and correctly diagnosed any issues I had (including correctly diagnosing that I had golfer’s elbow, not tennis elbow like I thought—even though I don’t golf, my bad serve mechanics were giving me golfer’s elbow!) I highly recommend him as a true master trainer.
