I was recognized as a Youth Under Armour All-American, became a 5-star high school recruit with over 50 Division I scholarship offers, and went on to play four years at Florida State University. I continued my career with six years of professional football experience, including time with the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers, among other organizations. I don’t just teach drills — I teach athletes how to train, prepare, think, and compete at a high level. My experience in elite locker rooms and high-pressure environments allows me to show players exactly what coaches look for and how to separate themselves. Athletes who train with me develop stronger fundamentals, higher football IQ, better discipline, and greater confidence. I played professionally for 5 years. Caddied on the LPGA before opening my own business. I make learning simple - fundamentals first, then learn how to move the body and the club will follow. There are only a few effective ways to swing a club, I teach a swing that is designed around a neutral spine. I want my clients to have the same, heathy swing - no back pain, hip pain, knee pain etc - from when they are 7 years old to 90yrs old without having to change a thing. I teach men and women of all ages - My youngest client is 7 and my oldest is 87. My first client was struggling to break 100, now he shoots in the 70s. I believe in doing the best I can with one person at a time. When they see success, their friends and family will want in on the experience of playing better golf. I also do: physical training, rehab, strategy and mental work for golf

I have played semi-professionally in Spain and in the US, and have coached ages 3-17 at camps, i9 Sports, and at Brooke House Academy USA. As a UCF Kinesiology student, I bring an understanding of human movement and an attentive approach to each player. I love soccer, and could not be more excited to help others grow in the game!
