About your football coach

I bring firsthand experience and proven success from every level of the game β€” from youth football to the professional ranks. I was recognized as a Youth Under Armour All-American, became a 5-star high school recruit with over 50 Division I scholarship offers, and went on to play four years at Florida State University. I continued my career with six years of professional football experience, including time with the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers, among other organizations. I don’t just teach drills β€” I teach athletes how to train, prepare, think, and compete at a high level. My experience in elite locker rooms and high-pressure environments allows me to show players exactly what coaches look for and how to separate themselves. Athletes who train with me develop stronger fundamentals, higher football IQ, better discipline, and greater confidence. I focus on building complete players β€” technically sound, mentally tough, and prepared for the next level. My mission is simple: give athletes the knowledge, structure, and mindset I learned firsthand so they can maximize their potential on and off the field.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the first lesson by first understanding the athlete’s goals, current skill level, and areas they want to improve. Before training begins, I work with the athlete to create a clear development plan based on the growth they want to see.
Lesson 11+After lesson 11, training shifts into advanced development β€” focusing on game-speed execution, decision-making under pressure, film study, and position mastery. The goal is full performance transfer to competition.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 progressively build speed, decision-making, football IQ, and competitive execution. Each session layers complexity so athletes develop skills that transfer directly to game performance.
Lesson 2-3Lessons two and three focus on reinforcing fundamentals through repetition, then gradually adding speed, reaction, and decision-making so the athlete starts applying technique under realistic conditions.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWith advanced athletes, the first lesson focuses on evaluation and precision. I assess their strengths, weaknesses, and technique in game-like situations, then identify areas for immediate improvement. From there, I outline a tailored development plan that challenges them physically and mentally, ensuring each drill and rep builds on their existing skills while targeting peak performance.
Lesson 11+From Lesson 11 onward, training shifts into the advanced performance phase. The focus is on game-speed execution, mastery of position-specific skills, and performance under pressure. Athletes refine technique to elite standards, integrate strength and explosiveness into their movements, and practice high-level decision-making in situational and chaotic scenarios. Film study, mental processing, and football IQ become integral parts of every session. Each lesson is designed to push the athlete beyond limits, track measurable progress, and prepare them for consistent, peak-level competition.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4 through 10 focus on building consistency, situational awareness, and full-speed execution. Training emphasizes advanced footwork, change-of-direction, reaction drills, and position-specific skills under competitive scenarios. Athletes are challenged to make fast decisions, perform under pressure, and transfer every skill directly to game situations, while continually refining technique and football IQ. Each session is designed to push limits, measure progress, and prepare athletes for peak performance.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2 and 3 focus on refining technique and applying skills under realistic conditions. Athletes work on correcting flaws identified in the first session, executing drills at near game speed, and improving decision-making in competitive, high-pressure scenarios. The goal is precision, speed, and mental sharpness, ensuring every rep transfers directly to on-field performance.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids, I adapt lessons by simplifying instruction, keeping drills engaging, and focusing on fundamentals through fun, high-energy activities. I break skills down into small, easy-to-understand steps and use demonstrations so they can see and feel what correct technique looks like. I keep sessions structured but flexible, with shorter drill segments to match attention span and plenty of positive reinforcement to build confidence. My goal with young athletes is not just skill development, but helping them enjoy the game, build discipline, and develop good habits early. I also adjust pace and expectations based on age and experience, making sure each athlete feels challenged but not overwhelmed.

Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, I focus on challenging them both mentally and physically. Lessons emphasize skill refinement, game awareness, and accountability, while giving them the opportunity to take ownership of their development. I combine structured drills with competitive, game-like scenarios to keep them engaged and motivated.
