This combination with my career in physical education has helped me fine tune workouts and practices that develop a well-rounded, physically conditioned athlete. As a multi-sport athlete and life-long advocate of all things health and fitness related, I believe in practicing what I preach. The greatest example to my clients is to model the traits and behaviors they can admire. To this day, I brim with energy and positivity and want to continue bringing this to the coaching position.
