I have been Playing at The Fort in fort Lauderdale, FL. Playing a several parks or locations, so far was teaching coaching new people for Free, now going into coaching and training, drilling.

As a 500-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I bridge the gap between mindful recovery and functional movement. My teaching blends restorative breathwork and therapeutic alignment to help you relieve tension, build sustainable mobility, and feel truly grounded in your body.

Played basketball competitively for most of my life including schools,camps and leagues.I’ve coached all levels from youths to adults including PAL, CYO and private leagues as well as boys and girls in YMCA.

I started playing pickleball on a cruise in 2020 and now play almost every day with a 3.5 DUPR rating. I've competed in numerous tournaments and love helping beginners and developing players build confidence while learning the game.
