Diving into the world of swimming is always an adventure, and I'm here to guide you every stroke of the way. With over 20 years of experience in coaching, I'm passionate about sharing my love for this sport and helping students unlock their full potential. I currently coach at the high school level as well. From Mommy and me lessons to competitive swimmers and everyone in between. My love for the sport began early. I continued swimming and playing water polo through high school, also competing nationally in the professional circuit of triathlon. I swam in college as well at the NAIA and NCAA levels. I continue to swim and enjoy the water. Let's work together to make waves!

During my own transformation over 20 years ago, and since then, while working on maintenance after losing 170 pounds, finding a coach that didn't understand the changes that my aging body (im 58 now) was going through i was frustrated to say the least. Now im certified in many areas, personal training, nutritionist, transformation specialist, senior specialist, core and functional movement, fall prevention, balance, and stability ball exercise. With 4 years of certified experience as well as over 20 years of personal experience, I provide personalized training plans and expert guidance to help you reach your full potential.
