Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start from the ground up, focusing on strong fundamentals and helping new players understand the rules, flow, and strategy of the game. Each lesson builds on the last as I break down every aspect of pickleball, from footwork and shot technique to positioning and game sense, to help you develop confidence, consistency, and a winning mindset. My goal is to prepare you to transform your game and start competing and winning with confidence.
