Pier 42 Tennis Courts offers 4 free outdoor hard courts on the East River Greenway, ideal for casual play with first-come-first-serve access, scenic views, and new restrooms.
- Outdoor facility
- Entrance: Located at Pier 42 on East River Greenway south of FDR Drive at Gouverneur St., between Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges; new park entrance and restrooms opened July 2024.
Daily 7am-6pm year-round, open later to 8pm seasonally; NYC Parks courts generally 8am to dusk.
