“My child is not super sporty yet, but shows some interest. The coach handled this really well - no pushing, no yelling, just encouragement and clear guidance. After the lesson, my child was smiling and talking about what they learned”Juan G., parent · shared by StanislavAbout StanislavSoccer coach. My specialisation is Pro Defender Training. Built for Real Matches.
I’m a former professional footballer (15 years) and a defense-focused coach with 5 years coaching U10–U16. I don’t run random drills. I build defenders who control space, win duels, and make the right decision before the opponent even turns.
What makes my coaching different
Defense specialization: 1v1, positioning, timing, pressing triggers, cover/shadow, line management
Decision speed: scanning, body shape, first touch under pressure, 1–2 touch solutions
Match realism: every exercise has a game problem and a clear reason
Structure: goal → plan → measurable checkpoints, not “just train harder”
What we work on (choose your priority)
Winning 1v1 without fouls: angle, distance, tackle timing, shoulder control
Positioning that saves legs: where to stand, when to step, when to delay
Playing out from the back: first touch, passing lanes, pressure exits
Pressing & recovery: triggers, sprint patterns, tracking runners
Confidence under pressure: calm decisions, not panic clears
How a session runs
Quick assessment and objective
Targeted drills with immediate corrections
Game-speed reps + situational play
Short action plan for the week

“Always upbeat and supportive. I could see real progress after every class, and the sessions are super fun!”Emily, student · shared by OkyarAbout OkyarI've been playing soccer for about 20 years, including over 15 years in licensed amateur and professional leagues in Turkey. After earning my PE teaching certification, I started helping others learn and enjoy the sport.
A few years ago, I had to stop playing competitively after an ACL injury, but soccer never left my life. Now in the U.S., I play for fun and focus on helping others improve their technique, build confidence, and fall in love with the game.Go to profileOkyar S.
