Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first beginner class, my focus will be entirely on getting to know each other. We’ll do a few light skill checks to see each player’s level and identify areas to improve. The session will be centered around making soccer enjoyable, building comfort and connection, and creating a friendly, motivating atmosphere for future training.
Lesson 11+We’ll fine-tune your technique, movement, and match awareness. Each session will be customized to your personal goals — whether it’s improving fitness, control, or game sense — while keeping soccer something you truly enjoy.
Lesson 4-10We’ll start adding more variety shooting, positioning, and simple game-like drills to apply your skills in real situations. You’ll notice your coordination, touch, and decision-making improve as we train more consistently.
Lesson 2-3We’ll build on the basics, improving ball control, dribbling, and passing. I’ll adjust each drill to your pace and give feedback along the way, keeping things relaxed and enjoyable as you start building confidence.
