“Steve is a wonderful and welcoming coach who combines deep expertise with clear, easy-to-understand explanations. He is organized, efficient and brings a fun, positive energy to every interaction.”Bunny B., studentAbout SteveI am a RSPA Certified Pickleball Professional. My racquet sports career started in tennis where I played for my high school and collegiate teams. I went on to be a collegiate head coach, club tennis professional and tennis director at a country club. After leaving tennis for a professional sales career, I found I missed helping people enjoy a game and get some exercise. Pickleball is a fantastic game that offers great exercise, fun competition and is incredibly social. Pickleball is fun and learning it should be to!Go to profileSteve A.
“Great teacher. I was stuck and plateaued after some competitive success but couldn’t crack those more difficult players. I was filming myself but didn’t know what I was even looking for. Brandon was so helpful and would break things down into manageable pieces and helped me improve my resets, serves, drives, and dinks. He also gave me specific drills, videos, and small daily things to work on. So helpful and encouraging.”Amanda D., student · shared by BrandonAbout BrandonI’m a 4.5-level pickleball player and the Head Pickleball Professional at Des Moines Golf and Country Club.
