When I played for the University of New Hampshire, I was a Defensive Tackle with a record-setting college career that earned me a spot at the NFL Combine. Passionate about mentoring athletes, developing peak performance, and translating elite on-field techniques to practical, actionable coaching.

My name is Taylor Smith and I have over 10 years of playing experience from junior high to college. I was the head varsity soccer coach where I took my high school to the first ever regional championship game is school history, along with 3 district championships. I worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the college level, as well as, 4 years at the high school. I can help develop sprint mechanics, strength/power, skill or walk athletes through what it takes to put themselves in the best position to play at the next level and manage realistic expectations.
