Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst is getting the foundation taught. That means stance, hands, eyes, and steps.
Lesson 11+You will be doing drills full speed with the techniques and stance development to practice for one on one scenarios. You will also be doing drills as if there were other guys beside you so you can grow your knowledge of the game.
Lesson 4-10You will understand the leverage of your base with new techniques but also understand how the practicing the foundation of your stance will make able to learn techniques easier.
Lesson 2-3You will learn the development of the foundation with learning new techniques. The foundation of your base and stance is everything. You can see things clicking.
