Coach Erick is an experienced educator and mentor with over 12 years in the sport of basketball. On the court, he focuses on developing disciplined, resilient, and team-oriented athletes through skill development, leadership, and accountability. His approach emphasizes character, confidence, and competitive excellence both on and off the court along with having the philosophy to build these student-athletes to not only succeed in competition, but in life as well.

He always kept the main goal the main goal. Off the court, he helped me grow as a person and taught me how to stay composed. Coach was like one of my homies — we could talk about anything, good or bad. He was always there for me.

For two decades, I've cultivated basketball, volleyball and soccer skills in players of all levels. With a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration and collegiate athletic experience I am confident I will be building confidence, and instilling a lifelong love for the game for athletes of all ages.
